How a lesson works
Every lesson is a working circuit on a simulated breadboard. The course never asks you to watch a video or fill in a quiz; every check is a measurement of the circuit you built.

Read the step
Each module teaches one idea in plain language: Ohm's law, series and parallel, what a transistor actually does. The guide sits right beside the breadboard, so you read and build in the same view.

Build it on the breadboard
Drag parts from the palette and wire them up. The circuit is simulated live while you work, and you can probe any point with the multimeter or watch a signal on the oscilloscope.

Pass by measurement
An objective passes when your circuit really behaves: the LED lights, the current sits in range, the timing is right. Any electrically correct build counts, wherever you place the parts.
Introduction to Electronics
The free course is one continuous build. Each module starts from the circuit you finished in the last one, so your first LED grows, module by module, into a working control panel.

Live classroom sessions
Start a session and the class moves together. You advance the lesson module by module, and each student's objective progress appears on your console as they work.
Take-home tracker
For homework and self-paced classes, a progress board shows every student and every assigned module: not started, in progress, or done, down to individual objectives.
Assignments with rubrics
Set a due date and mix auto-checked criteria with ones you score yourself. When you mark, the simulator re-runs each submitted circuit, so auto-checks are verified rather than self-reported.
Write your own modules
The Module Creator works without code. Build the finished circuit, mark which parts students should build, write the lesson, and choose objectives. Each objective is validated against your circuit before you can publish.

- What do you need?
- Any modern browser, including school Chromebooks. There is nothing to install, no plugins, and no kits to buy.
- Is it free?
- The 10-module Introduction to Electronics course is free; you just need an account. Sign in with an email link or with Google.
- Is the simulation real?
- Yes. Lessons run the same engine as the de:volt simulator: a live circuit simulation in your browser, with a multimeter and an oscilloscope in every lesson.
- Where does my progress go?
- Progress saves to your account automatically. Every objective you pass, and the circuit you finish each module with, are there when you come back.
Start with a single LED.
The first module takes about twelve minutes. Nine modules later you will have built a timed control panel, one circuit at a time.
